Love Potion Honey Electuary
An herbal electuary is simply raw 🍯 + organic powdered herbs. This warming and heart opening blend includes organic rose petals, hibiscus, and cinnamon and will be released February 2nd, right on time for Valentine’s Day! 🌹
Electuaries are one of my favorite forms of herbal medicine because they’re DELICIOUS and safe for all humans to consume (*except for babies under 1 years old). The best part of electuaries is that they make self care feel yummy, fun, and easy!!
Ingredients: raw Boulder honey, organic hibiscus, rose petals, and cinnamon.
How to use it: spread it over bread, add a teaspoon to hot water to create an instant tea, add to oatmeal, make a face mask with it, or make a latte with it! Get creative!
