Shipping Policy
We ship orders every Monday and Friday! Orders can be expected to ship within 4-6 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is packaged and dropped at the post office.
All priority shipping options come with $50 insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders on behalf of the USPS. -
What happens if my orders gets lost or damaged?
We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged items once items have been scanned into possession by USPS. All lost and damaged claims must be made through the USPS website.
What does this mean for you, as a consumer?
You may want to consider selecting Priority Shipping at check out. Priority Shipping contains includes up to $100 of insurance and will guarantee a delivery between 1-3 business days. If you prefer to live life on the edge, stick with the Economy option, which does not contain insurance!
USPS policy states that if you get a damaged item and throw away anything before you make a claim, you will not be reimbursed by USPS, so save everything (including the box/envelope, packaging, broken item, etc).
If your package says delivered but you have not received it, file a lost package claim with USPS. Click here to file a claim with USPS.
If your package is delivered to the wrong address because you entered the wrong address, you are responsible for paying a second shipping fee to get it to your house. We will not be refunding any orders if you entered the wrong address and do not want to pay shipping a second time to get your order. Can you combine my orders?
Because we create our medicines in small batches, we completely understand why you might place multiple orders in one day. We deeply appreciate your purchases so much but we simply cannot offer combined shipping to everyone. Our software is not set up for it and relying on human memory with the abundance of orders we receive is simply not realistic. Thank you for understanding.

Can I get my order refunded?
Shipping charges, sale items, and gift cards are nonrefundable. All returns are sent back to the original payment method.
Refunds are not accepted on products purchased with a code or sale.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! The price for shipping will be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country.
We cannot predict or control these prices, and we do not cover any additional charges imposed by customs or government authorities.Once the package has left the US and is in the possession of your country, you are responsible to communicate with USPS to find out any and all important details regarding your package.

How often do you restock the products?
We typically begin the process of making an herbal remedy within a week of the product selling out. Some products like our teas take our team a day to make, while other remedies like tinctures and skincare can take up to a month until they are restocked and available for purchase.
