Tulsi Extract: Tulsi is a grounding herb that helps us adapt to excess stress. When taken daily it can lower our cortisol levels and reduce histamine responses. Tulsi helps move stuck bile in our digestive track, boost our immune system, and promote mental clarity.
Lemon Balm Extract: an uplifting herb in the mint family, lemon balm soothes us when we have that butterfly sensation in the stomach. It improves the digestive tract, helps stimulate healthy brain function, and strengthens the immune system. Many people love this plant to aid with hyperactivity
Skullcap Extract: when your mind is racing with so many thoughts, you want this plant. Skullcap essentially acts as cap for our skull- it offers deep grounding when we are dis-regulated.
Chamomile Extract: a powerful & quick-acting soother for an upset digestive tract. Chamomile is both pungent and bitter. It is one of my favorite remedies to calm down an overstimulated nervous system.
Catnip Extract: An incredible plant both for humans and cats. Catnip is rich in volatile oils which help to relieve gas and soothing nervous and aching tummies. It also provides relief for colic in babies, loosens phlegm, and absorbs excess liquid in stools.
Motherwort Extract: For all things relating to the nervous system, motherwort will be your friend. Panic attacks, grief, and loneliness can be supported with this bitter plant.

Suggested Use: Shake well. Take 1-2 dropperfuls whenever you are wanting the support of the plant allies to calm your nervous system and return to grounding.
